[4 tortillas de harina integral,4 rebanadas de jamón de pechuga de pavo,3 cucharadas de mayonesa light,1 cucharada de mostaza Dijón,1 aguacate pelado y cortado en rebanadas finas,1 pimiento rojo cortado en tiras]
Instrucciones de la Receta de Comida
1. Combina la mayonesa y la mostaza y úntalas sobre las tortillas calientes.
2. Reparte las rebanadas de aguacate, encima pon las rebanadas de pavo y las tiras de pimiento.
3. Enrolla apretadamente cada tortilla y corta los rollitos en tres partes iguales; colócalos en una fuente de servir.
